The stay had been excellent from the moment I stepped into this hotel, well handled by the front desk despite of some technical problems. Cannot wait to express my appreciation to the very warm and excellent services rendered by the hotel. Good management, excellent front desk staff who are ready to offer assistance any moment.

Food served during breakfast over these days has better taste. This is good! Services provided by the breakfast team remained good as well!
Central air-conditioner in the guest room really has to improve in term of temperature level to allow customers to select their own preferred cold level in guest rooms.

再次入住，感覺還是很好，下次再來出差，還是會選擇假日酒店，每次入住，基本上都覺得滿意

酒店非常安静；
酒店房间也比金桥的大，干净；
还有个mini健身房，一早锻炼完；
再去餐厅完成营养美味的早餐，
充满能量的一天开启了。。。
整体感觉不错，希望可以增加体重称和基本的健身器材，这是可以改善提升的地方。

Tge hotel surpass my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express in all areas. The only detraction is the remoteness of the location. Far from city center and restaurants and shops. Not convenient if don't have a car. Cannot use subway since there is a considerable distance between subway station to hotel in an industrial area

商務飯店最重要就是網路，網路速度慢，連最基本的語音會議都沒辦法進行糟透

As usual, great facilities and cleanliness at HIE property though I only recommended the property for business in the IMMEDIATE AREA as it is relatively isolated with nothing else nearby and because the staff doesn't speak English.
The fact this is an IHG hotel one would expect English competency at the front desk though they tried very hard and I got by with my elementary Mandarin.

卫生较干净，设施比较新，入住整体感觉不错，细节需要提高：如水龙头冷热水转向标识，浴室喷淋龙头固定不好，维护人员应定期检查。

Poor service during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service personal were not able to speak or understand English.
Booked king-size bed, but got queen size, without informing me. Paid for king-size bed.
